MHI-MME Conducts Third User Conference in Imabari, Japan　Introducing EGR, SCR and After-Sales Services Menu

Tokyo, Japan, March 17, 2016 - Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Marine Machinery & Engine Co., Ltd. (MHI-MME) held the third User Conference in Imabari, on March 10, 2016.

It has been a year since the last event in Imabari was held. The Conference took place with 87 guests who were mainly with Imabari ship owners and the MHI-MME staff. This year, MHI-MME introduced after-sales service menu and the latest topics of the Low Pressure EGR system and Low Pressure SCR under development which will fully comply with IMO Tier III.

MHI-MME set up booths to deepen the relationship with guests; we took time to have individual meetings in order to hear their opinions and answer to their questions. At each booth, the guests and MHI-MME personnel made further discussions on specific projects, for which we got favorable comments from the attendees.

MHI-MME positions the user conference as a valuable opportunity to strain our ears to listen to our costumer's voices. MHI-MME will respond to the customers' expectations of the products and services by promoting communication with our customers.
