- Technical support in the bidding and contract negotiation phases
- Technical advisory and solutions to meet customer needs in accordance with Japanese laws and regulations
- Responses to customer’s technical inquiries including coordination of technical due diligence sessions
- Technical assistance in support of customers’ wind farm certification, construction permit, etc.
- Policy proposals and recommendation through deregulation subcommittees of public-private councils and technical committees of JWPA (Japan Wind Power Association)

Our services and activities
- Site specific optimization for maximum power production and wind turbine support structure design.
- Proposal of turbine type and turbine layout for maximum power production
- Design optimization by coupled load analysis of wind turbines and supporting structures taking into account unique conditions in Japan such as earthquakes, typhoons, etc.
- Technical support for certification review (Class NK, CDIT) and obtaining wind farm certificate and construction permit.
- Participation to technical committee activities such as public-private council deregulation subcommittees and JWPA.
