Institute for Nuclear Power Operations Mitsubishi is a member of the Institute for Nuclear Power Operations (INPO), an industry formed organization dedicated to pursuing the highest-level of safety. INPO provides a forum for sharing lessons-learned, unique insights, and safety goals. The Nuclear Regulatory Commission sets the industry’s rules, but INPO is dedicated to industry-wide operational excellence.

Electric Power Research Institute The Electric Power Research Institute, Inc. (EPRI) conducts research and development relating to the generation, delivery and use of electricity for the benefit of the public. An independent, nonprofit organization, EPRI brings together scientists and engineers, as well as experts from academic and the industry to help address challenges in electricity. MNES employees support EPRI committee initiatives.
