- The Tampa Sky Connect system carries passengers between the Tampa International Airport's Main Airport Terminal, Rental Car and Long Term Parking Facilities. Opening for service in 2018 it currently comprises of 12 train cars running in 2 car or 4 car train formations with the flexibility to increase or decrease capacity as needed. The system runs above ground on an elevated guideway and also at grade level with a dedicated offline maintenance facility providing for all vehicle inspections, servicing and overhauls.
