Submission of application in confirming our plant’s applicability to the New Regulatory Requirement(note)

January 31, 2014, MNF submitted to NRA on the basis of the "Act on the Regulation of Nuclear Source Material, Nuclear Fuel Material and Reactors", the application for the permission of the amendment of our fuel fabrication activities and the amendment of operational safety programs

to be examined in their applicability to the New Regulatory Requirement, which was effective on December 18, 2013.

• New Regulatory Requirement: “Regulation on the location of fuel fabrication plant, the standard criteria on structure and equipment”, etc.
