Our company enhances various systems to support childcare, nursing, etc. in an effort to create an environment that facilitates work and family balance for employees.

7 | Maternity healthcare for expectants | A system that allows expectant or nursing mothers to leave the workplace to receive health guidance and checkups or to comply with instructions based on health guidance and checkups, if they request in advance. |

Systems to support diverse ways of working
Taking annual paid leave by the hour | Annual paid leave by the hour can be taken up to 2 hours at one time, twice a day, 16 hours a year for any reason. |
Taking annual paid leave in “half-day” increments | Annual paid leave can be taken in “half-day” increments. |
Vacation for relaxation | A five-day vacation for relaxation is granted to employees who have worked in continuous service for 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, and 40 years. |
Volunteer leave | A system that allows employees to take volunteer leave to engage in volunteer disaster relief activities for up to 5 days a year. |
Short vacation | A one-day holiday an employee can take once a year in combination with a leave of three or more consecutive days together with annual paid leave of two days or more in succession. |
