MCO signed LNG compressor supply deal; Enterprise Framework Agreement with Shell

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Compressor Corporation (MCO) has signed main LNG compressor supply deal Enterprise Framework Agreement (EFA) with Shell Global Solutions International B.V., Netherlands in this May, 2011.

This agreement was signed with two major compressor vendors by Shell. The main compressor for LNG plant for which Shell is the main contractor will be supplied exclusively by two designated vendors in this agreement according to predeterminated technical specification and commercial terms & conditions . The term of validity of this contract is for next six years from the signing date.

This agreement includes main refrigeration compressors (Mixed Refrigeration（MR）、Pre-cooled Mixed Refrigeration（PMR）) and process gas compressors（End Flash Gas（EFG）、Propane、Natural Gas Booster） for LNG plant.

We will strongly promote and provide our high-quality compressor to LNG plant in the world through this agreement.
