Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Compressor do Brasil Ltda. (MCO-B). Change in President

Piracicaba, São Paulo – April 1, 2023 – Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Compressor do Brasil Ltda. (MCO-B) today announced the appointment of Takafumi To as President and Chairman of the Board, effective April 1, 2023.

President To joined Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. in 2004 and was engaged in machine assembly work in the Engineering Section of the Assembly Division of the Machinery and Machining Department, and since 2014 has worked at the Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Compressor Corporation (MCO) Production Division, He worked in manufacturing management in the Assembly and Shop Test Section, and since 2018, as the head of the overseas Global Production Operation Team Global Production Management Section Production Division, he had dedicated himself to supporting the manufacturing division at overseas locations.

At the time of his appointment as president, Takafumi To stated:
"We cherish the relationship of trust that President Tagawa and other MCO-B employees and related parties have built with our customers, listen to their opinions and requests, and make efforts to contribute to the stable operation of customer’s plants through our after-sales service business."

Mr. To is based at MCO-B’s headquarters in Piracicaba, São Paulo.
Mr. Keiji Tagawa, has returned to MCO (Hiroshima) and continues to operate.
