MHI-EMEA and MHIF have introduced Coupa, a cloud-based procurement system which will make interacting with us faster, easier and more controllable. The system is entirely paperless thus reducing the environmental footprint of the procurement process.

For our suppliers using Coupa will mean:

  • Faster invoice to pay process
  • Electronic invoice creation plus greater visibility of invoice/payment status.
  • Improved control over order processing.

If you have not yet registered for our system, please see below to begin your Coupa registration process and to continue our valued commercial relationship. Don’t forget, Coupa is cloud-based, so there is no installation of hardware or software required. Coupa is also free of charge; there will be no cost to you for transacting through Coupa.
