In regards to lawsuit against our group company, Mitsubishi Aircraft Corporation

On Friday, October 19, 2018 (U.S.), Bombardier Inc. of Canada ("Bombardier") filed a lawsuit against Mitsubishi Aircraft Corporation ("Mitsubishi Aircraft"), our group company, alleging that Mitsubishi Aircraft hired employees from Bombardier to acquire trade secrets. Mitsubishi Aircraft strongly rejects this lawsuit and finds their allegations and assertions without merit.
We, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Group, continue to support Mitsubishi Aircraft and Mitsubishi Regional Jet ("MRJ") Program, and will further ensure that this lawsuit has no impact upon MRJ Program and its progress.
