MHI Provisionally Selected to Participate in Aerospace Industrial Cluster Next to Nagoya Airport

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. (MHI) has been provisionally selected by Aichi Prefecture to participate in an Aerospace Industrial Cluster to be created on prefecturally owned property adjacent to Nagoya Airport. The company had earlier submitted an application for inclusion as part of an open selection process. Going forward, once a final decision has been formally made, MHI aims through its active participation in the project to contribute to the development of Japan's aerospace industry and to Nagoya's regional community.
