Notice of Change Relating to Liquidation of Specified Subsidiary

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. (MHI) hereby gives notification of the following change to the particulars originally presented in its “Notice Relating to Liquidation of Specified Subsidiary” as announced on September 29, 2019, in reference to MHI Holding Denmark ApS.

  1. Reason for the Change
    The change as described below has been made to accommodate the time required to complete all necessary procedures in accordance with local laws and regulations in Denmark.
  2. Description of the Change
    A change has been made to the expected completion date of liquidation.
    Prior to Change
    Expected completion of liquidation As soon as all necessary procedures are completed in accordance with local laws and regulations (expected completion date: first half of FY2022)

    After Change

    Expected completion of liquidation As soon as all necessary procedures are completed in accordance with local laws and regulations (expected completion date: second half of FY2022)
  3. Impact on Financial Results
    The liquidation, as well as the change made to its expected completion date, will have no impact on the Company’s consolidated financial results.
