New Structure Launch for Responsive Customer Support in North America
In 2023, MHI acquired Concentric, North America’s leading full-lifecycle power system solutions provider for industrial power supply systems. With 58 locations and about 1,000 staff members throughout the United States, its service network enables us to reach anywhere within four hours to promptly and accurately address issues at any site. With this new support structure, we will further ensure that data centers run efficiently and sustainably.
High Reliability Backed by Global Track Record of Supplies and Operations
MHI’s solutions and equipment applicable for data centers have a proven track record of supplies and stable operations for various usage throughout the world. One example is MHI’s Centrifugal chillers, which enables energy saving in air conditioning systems. Based on our market-leading share in Japan, these units are now in operation worldwide, especially in countries and territories of Asia Pacific, including Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Saudi Arabia.
