• Realize stable feeding by Mitsubishi unique zig-zag arrangement on lead edge feeder.
• High printing quality utilizing one piece transfer conveyor belt and Mitsubishi original chamber doctor blade system.
• Equipped with a new ink washing system that adds an air gun to purge remaining ink in the chamber. Significantly reduces ink exchange time, ink loss, and amount of washing water.

The unique Dual Slotter Unit (DSL) can be added to EVOL line to increase double the productivity realizing the reductions of energy consumptions simultaneously.

Adavantages
 

• Dual Slotter unit (DSL) is configurated with two extra slotter shafts and slotter knives with unique control.
• In case of one EVOL-100 (400 boxes/min.), producing 48,000 BPH with bundle slitter.
• In case of same volume of production, the EVOL-100DSL can reduce electricity consumption by 43% considering the replacement of two existing machines.
